1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any coaching program offered by The Kingdom Stewardship Blueprint ("KSB," "we," "us"), operated by Kenny Adote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
KSB provides health and wellness coaching, including guidance on nutrition, intermittent fasting, and metabolic and hormonal health, delivered through consultation calls, coaching sessions, meal plans, and digital resources. Our coaching integrates a Christian faith perspective and is offered as a lifestyle and wellness service.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are physically able to safely participate in the guidance provided.
4. Consultation Calls
Free consultation calls booked through our website are offered to help determine whether our coaching program is a good fit for you. These calls do not constitute the start of a coaching relationship or any guarantee of enrolment or results.
5. Payment & Refunds
Programme fees are agreed during your consultation and processed via Stripe. If you choose a payment plan, this is an instalment arrangement for the full agreed fee — it is not a rolling monthly subscription, and the full fee remains payable regardless of how it is instalmented.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to the Programme until payment is received, the application of a late fee, and/or referral to a third-party debt collection agency.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Health and wellness outcomes vary from person to person based on individual circumstances, effort, and adherence. While we are committed to supporting your progress, we do not guarantee specific results, weight loss, or health outcomes from participation in our coaching or use of our materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through KSB — including meal plans, guides, videos, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Kenny Adote / The Kingdom Stewardship Blueprint. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share this content without our written permission.
8. Client Conduct
We ask all clients to engage respectfully during consultations and coaching sessions. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate conduct.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSB and Kenny Adote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or materials. You participate in our coaching programme and follow any guidance provided at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
